Cripes.
Yesterday was mostly sunny and not too cold & damp. Today? Rain, snow/rain mixture, gray, wet, and for me.... painful, painful, painful!
What are you gonna do?
Well, I spent the last couple nights burrowed deep in my bed covers with an electric blanket warming things nicely. (Those blankets are better than sliced bread!)
Getting out of bed however, was the end of feeling comfortable for the day. I finally turned my furnace on to chase away the worst of the inside chill. It got down to 46 in the house and that was just too damn cold!
I must admit, it has made showering easier. HA!
The weather guys are bantering about rain versus snow, low fronts, high fronts, cooling down, warming up... cripes. I just remember something I read years ago and it makes me think of it every time I hear the meteorologists speak.
